The project will develop a pilot program to demostrate the feasibility of producing biogas using cattle manure through biodigestion. The biodigestor will be constructed within the boundaries of a cattle ranche's pen that can provide the necessary infrastructure to operate and sustein the production of biogas. The project aims to inform the cattle industry of the benefits of constructing and operating biodigesting systems using cattle manure, and as result reduce the improper disposal of farm animal refuse.
