Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:
Grant and loan funding is available for projects that improve human health, promote sustainable development, and contribute to enhance the quality of life in the border region.
Grants and technical services are available to finance studies needed to complete a comprehensive analysis of a project, as well as to support the long-term sustainability of a project.

The overall goal of this project is to identify indicators and similarities/differences in data bases collected from US and Mexico related to environmental and health hazards, in order to establish a bi-national repository on epidemiological data related to these environmental health hazards.
