Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:

The objective of the project is to have an GHG emmissions inventory for the airshed of the Tijuana-Rosarito metropolitan area; the inventory will the main sources of pollutants, which pollutantas and their amounts and use this information to develop an Air Quaality Regional Program.
