Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:
Grant and loan funding is available for projects that improve human health, promote sustainable development, and contribute to enhance the quality of life in the border region.
Grants and technical services are available to finance studies needed to complete a comprehensive analysis of a project, as well as to support the long-term sustainability of a project.

This project will facilitate data and information exchange by providing WebEOC as well as CAMEO and ALOHA access, training and support to first responders in the border region. WebEOC is a web-based information management system that provides a single access point for the collection and dissemination of emergency or event-related information in an efficient, timely and coordinated manner.
