Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:
Grant and loan funding is available for projects that improve human health, promote sustainable development, and contribute to enhance the quality of life in the border region.
Grants and technical services are available to finance studies needed to complete a comprehensive analysis of a project, as well as to support the long-term sustainability of a project.

To assist most colonias, surrounding our border city, conduct and establish regular HHW Collection events, which in turn will help clean up their immediate surroundings, improve living conditions, and consequently improve the overall health of their environment and health.
