Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:
Grant and loan funding is available for projects that improve human health, promote sustainable development, and contribute to enhance the quality of life in the border region.
Grants and technical services are available to finance studies needed to complete a comprehensive analysis of a project, as well as to support the long-term sustainability of a project.

Educational Group Sessions will be presented in English and Spanish, as needed, for parents or care providers on child environmental health issues. The one-hour classes will include a minimum of ten participants and be conducted once a week for twenty weeks. The classes will be offered in cities though out the county. Also, Clincas will perform One-to-One Outreach aimed at parents of young children by participating in health fairs, visiting clinic lobbies or going door to door.
