Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:

The Municipality requires approximately 3,000,000 m2 of paved streets in order to cover the total needs of the city. The scope of the project is as follows: Paving 1,700,000 m2 of roadways equivalent to about 34% of the additional coverage 62 benefited neighborhoods. 80,000 benefited inhabitants. Increase the thoroughfares pavement coverage up to 74% (3,700,000 m2)
