The proposed project consists of constructing basic infrastructure for water and wastewater systems, storm drainage, street paving and other roadway improvements in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas (the “Project”). The purpose of the Project is to increase access to basic water and wastewater services in unserved areas, reduce exposure to untreated wastewater discharges, improve storm water management infrastructure, increase street paving coverage and improve roadway infrastructure to promote efficient urban mobility.
