Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:

The project consists of the design, construction and operation of a wind energy farm of up to 199.5 MW located in General Cepeda, Coahuila (the “Project”). The energy generated will be purchased by Industrias Peñoles, S.A.B. de C.V., (“Peñoles”), pursuant to a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) executed with the special-purpose company created to carry out the Project.
