Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:

The expansion of the wastewater treatment facility by 22.8 MGD (1000 lps) and the proposed system upgrades of the existing 22.8 MGD (1000 lps) Wastewater Treatment Plant from advanced primary treatment (150/150) to secondary treatment (75/75) BOD/TSS. The project also includes upgrades to the existing sludge treatment process.
