The project consists of the construction and operation of a 10.00 MWAC / 12.54 MWDC photovoltaic solar park located in Presidio, Texas. The energy will be purchased by Bryan Texas Utilities (BTU) pursuant to a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) signed with the Project company. The Project will increase installed capacity of renewable energy resources, reducing the demand on traditional fossil fuel‐based energy production and contributing to the displacement of greenhouse gas emissions and other pollutants from power generation by fossil fuels.
