Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:

This project consists of the construction of three water lines in Mesilla's water system. The improvements will allow 12 first-time residential connections to be added to the water system. Currently residences not connected to the drinking water system use private wells, which are not reliable during periods of drought. The project will also create new loops which will benefit the system by eliminating stagnant water.
