Construction and operation of a 265.5 MW wind farm located in Imperial County, California. The energy will be purchased by San Diego Gas & Electric ("SDG&E" ) in San Diego, California, pursuant to a long-term Power Purchase Agreement. The Project will increase installed capacity of renewable energy resources, reducing the demand on traditional fossil‐fuel‐based energy production and contributing to the displacement of greenhouse gas emissions and other pollutants from power generation by fossil fuels.
