Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:

The project consists of paving approximately 2,000,000 m2 (225km) with an average width of 8m. The comprehensive program will take 2 years, during 2004, 1,000,000 m2 (112.3km) will be completed within 10 colonias. In the second year, 2005, the remaining 1,000,000 m2 (112.5km) will be completed.
