The project consists of the design, construction and operation of a 5 MWAC solar facility located in Dixieland, CA (the “Project”). The Project includes two solar facilities identified as SEPV Dixieland West (3.0 MWAC) and SEPV Dixieland East (2.0 MWAC). The electricity generated by the Project will be purchased by Imperial Irrigation District (IID or the “Utility”), pursuant to two long-term power purchase agreements (the “PPAs”) signed with the project company.
