The proposed project consists of the construction of new paving and roadway infrastructure, as well as rehabilitation of existing paving, in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora (the “Project”). The purpose of the Project is to improve air quality by increasing street paving coverage and enhancing roadway and traffic infrastructure to promote efficient urban mobility.
