The project covers the design, construction and operation of 148.5-MW wind farm located in Llera de Canales, Tamaulipas. The energy generated will be purchased by Sigma Alimentos, S.A. de C.V., and other subsidiaries of Alfa S.A.B. de C.V., as well as by subsidiaries of Walmart de México S.A.B. de C.V. pursuant to two long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) signed with the respective Project company.
