The City wishes to expand their existing wastewater treatment plant. A 1.5 million gallon per day wastewater treatment plant expansion is proposed in order to meet expected population growth and to add relialibility to the existing plant. The City wishes to construct an 8.0 million gallon per day water treatment plant to replace old (worn) existing plant. Existing plant was built in the 1930's and needs to be retired. A new water treatment plant will also add needed treatment capacity for the City and which is also needed to meet expected population growth.
