Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:

The proposed projects are to implement priority improvements to the conveyance system of the District to reduce evaporation and seepage losses and operation and maintenance costs. The projects include the upgrading of two of primary canals, the 2-mile Wisconsin Canal and the 7.26-mile Lateral A canal.
