The proposed project consists of the design, construction and operation of a 372 km aqueduct to deliver 5 m3/s (114 mgd) of water from the Pánuco River in the state of San Luis Potosí to the existing Cerro Prieto-Monterrey Aqueduct system that supplies potable water to the Monterrey metropolitan area (MMA) in the state of Nuevo Leon (the “Project”).
