The Village of Vinton does not have access to centralized wastewater collection system. The proposed project would provide a collection system, one lift station, and a discharge point to El Paso Water’s infrastructure. The project includes decommissioning of septic systems and yard-lines. There are approximately 501 residential connections in this area.
