  Grant and loan funding is available for projects that improve human health, promote sustainable development, and contribute to enhance the quality of life in the border region.
- Technical Assistance
  Grants and technical services are available to finance studies needed to complete a comprehensive analysis of a project, as well as to support the long-term sustainability of a project.

March 31, 2011 - Hosted by the International Boundary and Water Commission. BECC and NADB officials were in attendance. The Summit featured initiatives to improve water quality and sanitation along the border region.
