Panel 3 of the Border Green Infrastructure Forum featured three speakers who showcased the economic impact of green programs and the importance of social management to consolidate the different initiatives, Janet Clements, from Stratus Consulting in Boulder, Colorado, Lucila Guerra, from Mexico's Secretaría de Gobernación (Department of the Interior) and Sergio Sanchez from The Clean Air Institute.
