Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:
Grant and loan funding is available for projects that improve human health, promote sustainable development, and contribute to enhance the quality of life in the border region.
Grants and technical services are available to finance studies needed to complete a comprehensive analysis of a project, as well as to support the long-term sustainability of a project.

ADA and SAGARHPA will reach out to the grower communities through meetings and news media to inform farmers in the area of the scheduled collection events. The participating State agencies will identify and secure locations to hold the pesticide collection events.
