The project consists of rehabilitating the existing wastewater treatment plant from 30 MGD to 34 MGD; construction of two new wastewater treatment plants with capacities of 35.3 MGD and 32.3 MGD respectively; expansion and rehabilitation of the primary and secondary sanitary sewage system; and construction and rehabilitation of the wastewater pumping stations.
