The project consists of the construction and operation of a 20 MWAC photovoltaic solar park located on land leased from the Imperial Irrigation District in El Centro, California. The energy will be purchased by Imperial Irrigation District pursuant to a long-term Power Purchase Agreement signed with the Project company. The Project will increase installed capacity of renewable energy resources, reducing the demand on traditional fossil‐fuel‐based energy production and contributing to the displacement of greenhouse gas emissions and other pollutants from power generation by fossil fuels.
