Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:
Grant and loan funding is available for projects that improve human health, promote sustainable development, and contribute to enhance the quality of life in the border region.
Grants and technical services are available to finance studies needed to complete a comprehensive analysis of a project, as well as to support the long-term sustainability of a project.

The project consists of the rehabilitation and replacement of pipelines and manholes in poor conditions for the following infrastructure: 1)Collector Sanchez Taboada, 2)Collector Techite o Líneas Gemelas, 3)Collector Industrial, 4)Collector INV articulo 123, 5) Collector Las Americas in the for Colonia 20 de Noviembre, the installation of 525 residential wastewater connections in the Maclovio Rojas, Lomas del Valle and Ojo de Agua areas.
