Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:

The project consists of four components: 1) rehabilitation of approximately 500 feet of siphon under the International Boundary Water Commission (IBWC) floodway channel south of Mercedes, Texas; 2) rehabilitation of a 600-foot section of siphon under the Arroyo Colorado south of Mercedes, Texas and just North of the other siphon under the floodway; 3) repair of the overhead Anacuitas Aqueduct next to Expressway 83 in Mercedes, 4) lining of one mile of the main canal.
