The project will replace the city's existing water treatment plant, with a modern facility that will supply cleaner water to enable the city to meet both federal and state standards for water quality. The project has a capacity of 660 liters per second, and the capability to expand to 1,300 liters per second. The project will benefit 24,000 residents. This project has been approved for NADBank financing.
