Projects eligible for certification and financing by BECC and NADB include, but are not limited to the following environmental sectors:
Grant and loan funding is available for projects that improve human health, promote sustainable development, and contribute to enhance the quality of life in the border region.
Grants and technical services are available to finance studies needed to complete a comprehensive analysis of a project, as well as to support the long-term sustainability of a project.

The project consists of the design, construction and operation of a 30MW wind energy farm, located in the municipality of Ensenada, Baja California (the “Project”). The energy generated will be purchased by private off-takers pursuant to a long‐term power purchase agreement (PPA) executed with the special-purpose company created to carry out the Project.
