The project consists of the design, construction and operation of a 317.5 MW solar park located in the municipality of Pitiquito, Sonora. The Project will be divided in 3 components of 180 MW, 90 MW and 47.5 MW. The electricity, Clean Energy Certificates and generation capacity produced by 180 MW will be purchased by Comisión Federal de Electricidad pursuant to three long-term power purchase agreements (the “CFE PPAs”). The electricity, produced by the 90 MW and the remaining 47.5 MW will be purchased by other off-takers, pursuant to long-term power purchase agreements (the “PPAs”).
